With a background in wellness, I’ve built and marketed my own businesses while navigating the realities of everyday life. That experience shapes my approach: clear, structured marketing that reflects the depth of your work, without asking you to be everywhere at once.
Outside of work, I’m a mom, a reader, movement motivator, and someone who values quiet, grounded moments creating something out of nothing. That sense of rhythm carries into everything I create through Story & Root.
